Who is responsible for collecting and processing data?
The Savoy – Investimentos Turísticos S.A. and AFA, SGPS henceforth ‘SAVOY’ is the entity responsible for the collection and processing of personal data. As part of its business activity, SAVOY may use entities it subcontracts to carry out the purposes set out here.

SAVOY collects and processes the following personal data:
- Reservations: name, email address, telephone number, address, payment method and booking details
- Recruitment: name, e-mail address and CV
- Newsletter: email address.
- By browsing the website, SAVOY may collect information about your computer, including the IP address, operating system and browser used, for administrative purposes and to gather information for its advertisers
SAVOY assumes that the data has been provided by the data subject or that the user has given authorisation to do so and presumes that it is true and up to date.
How are your data collected?
Personal data may be collected by the following means:

The collected data are processed and stored in computerised form in strict compliance with personal data protection legislation, and are stored in a specific database created for this purpose by SAVOY or by the entities contracted by SAVOY.
Some personal data collected on the website are mandatory and if these data are missing or incomplete, SAVOY may not be able to provide you with the services or information requested. In each case, SAVOY shall inform you of the mandatory nature of providing the personal data concerned.
What is the basis and what are the purposes for processing your data?

Based on gastronomic services agreement you have signed with us, we will process your data for the following purposes:
a) Management of reservations
b) Requests for price quotes, information and booking confirmations
c) Recording of preferences (preferred room, mobility, newspapers/magazines, among others.)
d) Invoicing and checking means of payment
e) Provision of information necessary for your gastronomic experience
f) Customer support
Based on your consent, we will process your data for the following purposes:
g) Sending newsletters (if you are not a SAVOY customer)
h) Sending marketing information (if you are not a SAVOY customer)
i) Loyalty programmes
To fulfil legal obligations, we will process your data for the following purposes:
j) Managing complaints
k) Compliance with other legal or regulatory obligations
Because you are our customer, and since we are truly committed to providing you with better service, we will process your data for the following purposes:
l) Completing satisfaction questionnaires related to your gastronomic experience
m) Conducting market research, evaluation surveys and statistical analyses
n) Contacts calendar
Since we are in the pre-contractual phase, we will process your data for the following purposes:

In order to achieve the purposes identified above, SAVOY may cross-reference the data collected for the purpose of updating and completing such data.
Who are your data shared with?
The data collected and held by SAVOY may be transmitted, with due respect for the duty of confidentiality and the purpose that led to their collection, to the following entities:
1. Entities of the group to which SAVOY belongs
2. Judicial or administrative authorities, in cases where such assignment is mandatory
3. Recruitment companies
4. Subcontractors who will process the data on behalf of SAVOY and for the purposes determined by SAVOY.
