SAVOY collects and processes the following personal data:

  • Reservations: name, email address, telephone number, address, payment method and booking details
  • Recruitment: name, e-mail address and CV
  • Newsletter: email address.
  • By browsing the website, SAVOY may collect information about your computer, including the IP address, operating system and browser used, for administrative purposes and to gather information for its advertisers

SAVOY assumes that the data has been provided by the data subject or that the user has given authorisation to do so and presumes that it is true and up to date.

 

How are your data collected?

The collected data are processed and stored in computerised form in strict compliance with personal data protection legislation, and are stored in a specific database created for this purpose by SAVOY or by the entities contracted by SAVOY.

Based on gastronomic services agreement you have signed with us, we will process your data for the following purposes:
a) Management of reservations
b) Requests for price quotes, information and booking confirmations
c) Recording of preferences (preferred room, mobility, newspapers/magazines, among others.)
d) Invoicing and checking means of payment
e) Provision of information necessary for your gastronomic experience
f) Customer support

Based on your consent, we will process your data for the following purposes:
g) Sending newsletters (if you are not a SAVOY customer)
h) Sending marketing information (if you are not a SAVOY customer)
i) Loyalty programmes

To fulfil legal obligations, we will process your data for the following purposes:
j) Managing complaints
k) Compliance with other legal or regulatory obligations

Because you are our customer, and since we are truly committed to providing you with better service, we will process your data for the following purposes:
l) Completing satisfaction questionnaires related to your gastronomic experience
m) Conducting market research, evaluation surveys and statistical analyses

Since we are in the pre-contractual phase, we will process your data for the following purposes:

SAVOY is committed to protecting the security of your data. SAVOY requires its subcontractors and partners to adopt security measures equivalent to those it carries out.

Notwithstanding SAVOY’s security measures, the user must take additional security measures, such as ensuring that he or she uses properly configured security-enhanced equipment and a browser with an active firewall, anti-virus and antispyware. In addition, check the authenticity of the websites you visit on the internet, and avoid websites whose reputation you do not trust.

 

News & events

SAVOY acknowledges that it may communicate user data in the merging, acquiring and/or incorporating procedures in which it is involved, and does not consider such communication a transfer of data to third parties, nor is there is any kind of subcontracted processing.

SAVOY may also transmit data to third parties as part of investigations, inquiries and judicial and/or administrative proceedings or of a similar nature, provided that it is duly ordered to do so by judicial order.
